While the clinical staff are nice enough, this is a terrible organization to do a study through. They do not pay in a timely manner and are unresponsive. I've been waiting for payment for studies conducted four months ago.

I did 2 sessions back in June for a COPD study. I have yet received compensation and have made numerous call to find out when I would receive my check. No one answers their phones and none of my messages have been returned. I did finally get ahold of someone yesterday and she said she would get a message over to her director. Now I'm waiting to see how long it takes her TY to return my call. Not good!

Participated in a fatty liver study June 1st for $50 in compensation. Was told it would take about five weeks for the check to arrive. After a series of phone calls and emails that LSR never responded to, I filed suit against them in Bernalillo County Small Claims Court on September 24, 2021. A paltry $50...

The worst experience ever. I agreed to a research study and was there 2 hours and was only supposed to be 1 hour the machine was broke and I was told even though I did what was asked of me that my Pay would only be half of what we agreed upon. Don't fall for their bullshi% because it's not worth your time and going out of your way for what they promised..

I have been treated great by L S R . They educate me on my health problems and how to manage my health issues. I hope to continue to be involved with LSR for a very long time.
