Very rude CNA and nurses.left solid for long periods. Arguing about who gives showers. Sometimes if they don't have a shower tech you don't get a shower. You ask nurse what medication you're taking. They don't no also have to make my appointment and follow ups. You only see a doctor or any professional doctors. That practice here twice a month. They don't communicate to you about your results. This place is not very good and Does Not Take Care of There Patients. Leaves them in there own poop and pee and causes more Damage to the elderly. Doctors and nurses are very terrible and need to get sent back to medical School. Or the place should be shut down. Terrible place

My recommendation would be stay as far away efrom this place as possible. The typical nurse response time to a nurse call is 60 - 90 minutes(not exaggerted we actually timed it). Nurses get medication dosages wrong and when you question them they mad and argumentative. You truly are in better hands with someone off central and Louisianam

HORRIBLE no medication reconcilliation..not enough staff..unkind staff NEGLECT Sister with broken hip left, pee the help her out.. Facility dropped medications because they were too expensive. Also medications for chase nurse stated. She thought sister was on too many medications.. Medications have been worked on and carefully crafted with primary care over the last 2 or 3 years. To address the multiple issues, my sister deals with no one has the right to Stop them abruptly or say they're too expensive. Is this facility cannot provide the care needed then CLOSE YOUR DOORS
