It was very easy to access which is good & bad. We did go on a Sunday at 6 pm so I'll admit it was probably not as staffed as week days are. My FIL looked comfortable & had just been served dinner. Staff was attending to the guests when we arrived so no one was available to greet us. We we're also interrupted by a patient who was wandering around but I'm sure she is probably lonely & it's nice that they are able to walk around if they are able to do so physically! Staff allowed us to visit uninterrupted which was great! Overall I say they are doing great!

If I could, I would give them absolutely zero stars. This place is the worst of worse. One they didnt feed him when I came to see him he was skin and bones they also did not give him his diabetic medications they tried using the excuse hes not eating, but thats a lie because when I asked the nurse they couldnt give me a good reason and in fact I asked the nurse to give my dad an ensure he drank it this place needs to be investigated by the state because the way they treated him was inhumane My dad passed away in their care just a couple days after I asked the nurse to give him A nutrition shake

First I would like to thank all staff and administrators at Skies Healthcare. For the care provided to my brother, Orlando. Walking into the facility was pleasurable due to the fact that it was clean and organized. I always felt welcomed. I wish many blessings and well being for the staff.a few staff members I would like to acknowledge are Michelle Lewis, she was professional and took the time to make Orlando feel comfortable. Lavita Herrera for organizing the upkeeping of Orlandos care. Damien went above and beyond his job duties to make sure Orlando was taken care of and made sure he got the one on one care that he needed. Debbie and Kimberly the nurses on site always made sure that Orlando was well taken care of. No words can express my gratitude to all of these individuals. They are the best at what they do. Thank you, Carol Benavidez.
