We recently had to evict a problematic Section 8 tenant for non-payment of rent. The property is located in a section of Albuquerque called the War Zone and squatters had already taken over less than a day after the eviction. We are located in Arizona and were unable to travel. As we were preparing the property for sale, we were concerned about vandalism and needed limited property management services, which included frequent surveilling of the property up until closing. After being turned away by several PM firms because of the limited scope, Nicole answered our first phone call and assured us that she could handle the job. She said she knew the neighborhood very well and that she had no problem inspecting the property at all times of day to keep it secure. During the 30 days that it took to get the property listed, Nicole, acting on our behalf, monitored the property and provided photos for each site visit; ordered and posted no trespassing signs; changed the locks; arranged for plumbing services; waited on site for the Water Utility Authority to come out and resume service; secured a handyman to haul away trash and furniture; emailed the tenant notifying them to retrieve their items; and coordinated with our Realtor for repair work and showings. We highly recommend Keyway Properties. Nicole assisted with many of the things needed to prepare the property for sale, and most importantly, she provided us with peace of mind until the property closed.

May be responsive to some things but company is not responding to shower and closet door maintenance requests. Bigger than that it seems they are writing off multiple complaints and police reports of noise disturbances made since April 2022 where my familys well-being is compromised. Allowing two immature male adult tenants in an upstairs unit harass and stalk myself and small children for 17 months. After committing to handle relocating the male stalkers two months ago, the situation has changed. Nicole and company say to basically deal with it on my own as if that recommendation is my job or somehow after more than a year theyll somehow act right by talking to them (again), personally. A mother and small children could be at risk of injury. I was barely able to make rent for the first time in three years of residency. Discovery 1 Reality Management prior dont look as bad anymore compared to the actions of Keyway properties. Removing the carpet was a big mistake. Its created monsters in some people who think they arent responsible for the amount of noise they are creating. Dont rent in any bottom unit without top unit fixed with carpet. You will have a h3// of a time resting/living/thriving. We just want the suffering to cease!
