I'm literally getting evicted because I questioned a retail increase. I've been a tenant for a year and had to do a rental abatement to get maintenance issue taken care of. They wanted an increase in my rent and I asked to negotiate that based on their performance. I'm mentally disabled and on disability and they don't like working with me. So after I got off the phone with the district manager, Diana, it was understood I would agree to the increase and sign a new 12 mo lease. Next thing I know I have a termination notice with absolutely no valid cause as to why. It's 100% provable that I paid rent on time each month and have never had a rules violation or complaint against me. I simply questioned the increase and get people that want to power trip and play demi-god with people's housing. Really takes a low person to kick a disable person out cause my brain injury makes me excitable.

I have a much longer review to write later, however I'm very upset that my deposit has not been returned within the 30 day timeframe and I do not have mailbox keys after a month! That with the roaches crawling out of every single crack in the apartment. I am trying to get ahold of the actual property management company and not one number? That's very upsetting. If this goes to court I sure hope they find a way to respond then.
