I was able to get an appointment the same day!! And when your HVAC isn't working, that's a big deal! Peter, one of the technicians, called 15 minutes before arrival. The guys were quick in diagnosing the problem. Upon agreement for repair, they went back to the company for the part, (a blower motor). Start to finish, about an hour and a half. I used them before for a plumbing problem and was equally impressed. I don't know how competitive the pricing was, but I wanted it fixed quickly. The service included a 1 year warranty too! Ive used Albuquerque Plumbing for years and they always do a great job and today was no exception!! The only thing which is a major thing is how much they charge! To get a water pump replaced on my air conditioner the total amount was $270.00! The exact same water pump that they installed is at Home Depot for $34! I understand the cost of labor but they were here for 30 minutes!! Im sad because I feel I was taken advantage of but when you are without air and it is so hot outside I was at their mercy!! They were going to charge me another $482.00 to have my pads changed but I refused!!!
