Andy really knows framing. He did a great job replacing the broken glass & straightening the frame in a large chalk drawing that is very special to me. And he did it quickly and was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this shop.

Never again. He scratched, in two places, a vintage poster from 30 years ago!. There is nothing he can do to fix that. And it's not a small scratch either (and there is another one at the bottom in line with the scratch at the top, which tells me he set something on this poster and scratched it). I knew when I walked in and it was like a hoarder's paradise that I should have probably turned around. Oh he'll say he didn't do it, but my wife and I just looked at it and agree the long white scratch was definitely not there when we gave it to him. He could have fixed this before he put the glass on, but he didn't. In addition, he's got this arrogant attitude. We won't be bringing anything else to him or recommending him to anyone.
