Thank you to all at Peak Motion for helping me work on my back pain, which has been nagging me for 20 years. The staff are all professional, kind, respectful and knowledgeable in their field. Even the owner is on the floor taking part in PT. I'm so thankful I was referred here by my doctor and they worked with me to be on my way to a better back and the knowledge to take care of myself going forward.

I love this facility. They have the best therapists. Front desk ladies are nice and very helpful. The best place for therapy.

I started Peak Motion in September 2023. Prior to attending I was using crutches to get around. My initial experience with the staff was amazing. However, when I experienced a set back due to an illness and flare up because of my Rheumatoid Arthritis, I was discharged without notification. When I showed up to my next appointment that I had scheduled, the front desk notified me I was discharged. Why didn't they tell me this over the phone when we spoke to schedule? At the check-in they were rude and scolded me like a child because of missed appointments, as if I didnt call and spoke with someone each time. I unfortunately had a family member pass away and needed to move/reschedule another appointment in order to attend the funeral. When I spoke to the lady at the front desk she notified me Id be discharged for poor attendance. I missed 3 appointments back in December, due to being sick which I called and spoke to someone each time. Since those missed appointments, I have not missed. I have been very open with the staff and advocating for my body and knowing my limits. I am very disheartened and disappointed on how the front desk communicates with their patients and threatens discharge when you are actively communicating and are committed to getting better. I made the choice to finally have them discharge me because I shouldnt be stressed or worried about calling and needing to reschedule because my body needs rest. Ive been dealing with my RA for 10 years now. I know my limits. I hope they dont treat anyone else like this in the future. I really enjoyed the people who worked with me and showed compassion and kindness throughout my time here. Its very unfortunate to have individuals belittle you and talk down to you, when all you are trying to do is get better.
