The worst place ever very unprofessional wasted 1 hour to take photos just for them to lose them the first guy didn't know what he was doing the lady was very rude and overall do not recommend

Eliscia was horrible. We were scheduled at 5pm, we werent able to take our photos until 6pm. They were rushed. It was THE single worst experience I have had with JCP portraits in 14 years. I was mocked for asking for more laidback photos because the poses were so stiff. We had a toddler with us waiting for over an hour so of course our photos came out horrendous. She was not having it and neither were all of us. We were rushed through our photo choices and now we are left with having to get our photos redone once we actually get to see the botched ones that we so sadly paid for that we glimpsed at. Never again. I want a formal apology for the horrendous treatment we received. I will be contacting JCP customer support tomorrow. This is unacceptable. Id give you 0 stars if I could.

Kevin was great he really made the experience fun. He really captured the fun time we were having and the pictures came out great. Definitely recommend for your next group photo shoot!

Rip off. Went for a professional headshot, digital only. I mentioned up front about having a 40% off coupon (no restrictions applied to this purchase). At the end of the photo session, they would not honor the coupon and added a $15 session fee. Classic bait and switch.
