Great service at the beginning, last few months Clerks left me on hold for 10 mins just to order RX(multiple times), medication not delivered when promised, Rude service and they talk about you as they hang-up on you and they NEVER apologize for anything. Unless a pharmacist answers; Good Luck! *switched to another pharmacy and Best Buy is the ONLY pharmacy to never contact me wondering why I was switching and what they could do to fix the problem* that only confirms how horrible customer service is.

I have a complicated mix of medications and this pharmacy is phenomenal! I switched a few months ago to best buy drugs from a corporate chain due to their frequent errors - the pharmacists at Best Buy take time to understand my medications and history and are always available for questions. They call me with any concerns they have and know me by name. If you need more from your pharmacy, I highly recommend them!

My favorite pharmacy. It's an oldfashioned pharmacy where they know your name when you walk in, but are very modern in heir technology and the medications they carry. Pharmacists are always available to discuss options when medications are too expensive. Like I said: My favorite pharmacy.
