Took my cat for grooming and she came back with most of her right side whiskers cut off, I wasnt informed of this incident or how this could have happened. Every groomer should know to never cut an animals whiskers. Im not even sure why scissors or clippers were near her face. We did pick her up after dark and didn't notice until getting home and Checking her, Will not be returning.

Hi this is Matthew I am an owner of faded up paws all we did was wash and brush out your cat we never touched your cat with any scissors or clippers we never did any thing to come close to your cat whiskers we never touch or come close to cats face only dogs can get there face shaved or trimmed I’m not sure what happen to your baby but it was not from us if you would like you can call me but I reassure you that we never touch a cats face

Very good and great customer service. For some reason my shih tzu is having problems with sitting down. May have shaved him too close.
