Took our 65 pound border collie mix to get his nails done. Easy as can be!

This place is beyond amazing. My husband initially called to find out more about the place and the owner Vivienne spent about a half hour on the phone explaining everything to him. Our dog has bad anxiety and has not let us cut his nails for the entire three years we have had him. He also wouldn't allow groomers to cut his nails, in fact Pet Smart sent him home and wouldn't even attempt to bathe him or cut his nails. Puddles was able to get all of his nails cut. I'm so appreciative, his dew claws were so long. We were able to bathe him and blow dry him utilizing their set up. Vivienne and her staff made a point to make us comfortable, and even let our other dog come in to support our baby. They were so kind and went out of their way to make the experience as positive as possible. We are forever customers from here on out. We are so beyond grateful that they were able to get our boy's nails cut. This place is the absolute best. We tried several different groomers and none of them were able to get my baby's nails cut or even get him bathed. We weren't even able to get him bathed at home. We will never go anywhere else from now on.
