Special Care Grooming

Very bad customer service, they called me trying to bring my little poodles Grooming cut up to 120+ because it was really matted when they didnt tell me this in person. They saw I was already going to pay $250 for my big poodle so I guess they saw it as a money grab that i didnt deny the $250.! I told her I wasnt going to pay that she said she wasnt going to cut my dogs hair and leave as is and I told her I would go pick up my dogs then she threaten to call the cops because we signed a contract. I told her that was fine because she was not completing the haircut like the contract said. This aint their first time ether having this attitude from the same groomer or owner lady. She did this back then I tried to give them an another chance. Fyi they charged 350 to leave my dogs bald only. Lmfao

They did a great job with my grandparents' pup. He's really not socialized at all, but they did an amazing job!

They are so gentle with my dogs and do such a great job grooming them. The ladies there are so nice to us too, and you can tell that they love what they do. I highly recommend them.
