        MTA is no longer located here, they still their offer services at a different location in Albuquerque. I have used pest control and spoke with the owner Mike twice now for the rental I am currently in. The first time Julio, the technician sprayed last year did an incredible job. This year Julio sprayed again however, for some reason it seem to be less effective perhaps due to the increase of temperatures in New Mexico this summer, I called Mike the owner to explain how I still saw bugs coming out from the perimeter and he was quick to acknowledge me, and provide me with a solution. With that being said, he sent a technician the next day that I was available, which I am extremely grateful for. They went above and beyond as far is ensuring our safety is the number one priority. I would highly recommend MTA pest control for all of your residential and commercial properties.
