I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEIR SERVICE BUT THEY CAME BACK TO FIX IT I previously said: "This is my second review for Greenway. My previous experience was great. The representative that helped me before is not available anymore and the one they sent came on time but the products he used were no effective against ants and spiders. I called them to report the problem, the lady on the phone promised they would call me back but never did. So, my overall experience is that their service and quality is inconsistent." UPDATE. Greenway finally sent a technician to correct the problem free of charge. Mr. Angel Melendez came and did what seems to be a good work. He was corteous and professional. I had some presence of ants and spiders in my yard, and ocassionally spiders in my house. After this second visit the problem is much less. I still found a spider in my home and another unusual bug (looked like a small praying mantis), first time I saw that here... I suspect weather changes are affecting our area. So, they responded, things are better, but not as effective as in the past. Not sure why.

I found out they are one of the most expensive pest control companies around, I found a cheaper one that I wanted to switch to. I paid the cancellation fee and they still charged me for an additional month. I called and asked for a refund for the extra month and he said the invoice was created an hour before you called, therefore we cannot give you a refund. I then asked if I called the day before if it would have saved me another month he said Yeah, basically. Very unprofessional and they certainly do NOT care about their customers, they just want as much money as they can get. Highly recommend NOT going with them.

One of your salesman just came to my door. When I asked him what he wanted, he said he was from greenway pest. I stopped him and asked him if he could read the "No Soliciting" sign posted in my window. He said he doesn't read cursive, it was in a typed format. When I ask him for his city permit for soliciting he said he wasn't required to have one. Please teach your salespeople the rules.
