New GoPro stolen! I called the owner (Carlos) to ask if he would kindly ask his employee about it to prevent me from having to make a police report and to help. Carlos the owner could care less, he actually tried to turn it around on me. Unbelievable. I was just asking for a little help. I will also mention the poor quality of their work, when I am not home I watch them on the cameras, and they will do bare minimum just to get in and out as fast as possible. A lot of times they will only spray around the front door, kitchen and bathroom...in and out in 1min, that's why I like to try to be home to MAKE them do the job correctly. You can tell Carlos and Roadrunner Pest Management are here to do one thing...make money, they do not care obviously about quality work or helping clients with theft issues.

Poor professionalism guy dressed in tight clothing no uniform didn't even check where I was telling him I was telling telling him I saw bugs talked down on me laughed when I showed him what I was seeing bugs didn't c h eck in between

Paul was great! He was super nice and knowledgeable. He even left some traps for us in addition to spraying! Service: Cockroach extermination

We currently use RPM and they have been nothing but great to us, I couldn't recommend a better company! Josh and Carlos are amazing as well as Paul too!
