        I was very pleased with the overall experience but when settlement was made they kept $1,000 in case there was a late medical bill but we had my medical bills at least one year prior so my attorney and I knew that there was not going to be any late bills but after the 90 days when it was time to reimburse me my $1,000, accounting said oh a late bill came in so I called the medical providers and the bill amount ( negotiated amount) that I had is exactly what there had been paid and there was no additional bill . . . So I guess they needed that $1,000 more than me and a little thing like that will definitely make me reconsider using them again..
