        I just wanted to post my experience with Garcia Legal, LLC. Jonathan and his team were so helpful, patient, and understanding of what my husband and I went through after our car accident. It was a relief for us to have Jonathan fighting our legal battle. We were so disappointed in the insurance company and what they thought was adequate to cover our losses. Their offer was pathetic. Jonathan fought hard for us and helped us to recover our real losses after the totaling of our vehicle and all the medical expenses for my permanent injury and my husband's injuries. My husband and I got a much better settlement from the stingy insurance company through Jonathan than we ever would have gotten on our own.       Albuquerque personal injury lawyer Jonathan A. Garcia used to represent insurance companies in the defense of personal injury and accident cases, but I grew tired of trying to save pennies for billion-dollar corporations at the expense of injured people in the community I grew up in. I also saw other lawyers claiming to be an exclusive Albuquerque car accident lawyer, or an Albuquerque trucking accident lawyer, but knew they had little experience in New Mexico personal injury law, and knew they accepted other cases outside of the practice area. My focus is on becoming a better and more experienced Albuquerque injury lawyer, so I only accept personal injury claims, including car accidents, commercial truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, wrongful death, and premises liability cases. As a New Mexico personal injury attorney, I am committed to providing the most effective legal services available to get you the most money possible for your loss.
