I made an appointment for my son few weeks ago and happened to be that he had fever the day of appointment so I called the office to find out if they can still see him. They asked if he had any other symptoms I said no just fever and he basically just woke up with it this morning. They said it's ok just come 45 minutes before appointment and park in front of main entrance and call them I got there at noon his appointment wasn't until 1:30 and called then representative said she will be transferring my call to pediatric I was waiting on phone 45 minutes then decided to hung up the call and call back. Then they transferred me again this time call got answered by someone within 5 minutes then she try transferring call and stated they maybe at lunch but let me reach out by messaging them then she said they can't see us because they are not equipped I said the whole reason why I called in early morning to find out if they can they told me to get here early and wait ? She said someone gave you wrong information I apologize and that nurse will give me call to inform me what to do next. I had to take day off from work find a sitter for my other kids bring my son here and wait hours and they couldn't help nor even talk to me I just spoke to representative. I m very disappointed it would have been fine if they'd just said sorry if he has fever we can't see him? Why make me hassle and gave me wrong information?
