We hired Joseph Cruz to remove an existing patio, pour a new concrete pad, and build a new patio cover on Nov.2, 2021. He said the project would take 2 weeks. It was not completed until April 30, 2022, only after we informed him we were hiring an attorney. The concrete pad had to be removed after it was poured because of poor construction and . repoured. We had to constantly pick up trash, beer bottles, and cigarettes butts his construction crew left behind. 2 months after the patio was completed, we had a downpour. Water leaked throughout the patio ceiling, as nothing was sealed. We had to hire a roofer to tear off the roof they placed and replace it. This is the worst company we've ever dealt with. Joseph Cruz is dishonest, has poor managerial skills, and doesn't seem to know much about construction. He subcontracts almost everything, and refuses to be accountable for timelines, work quality, or materials. We wouldn't recommend him to build a dog house. Lesson learned!
