        Extremely disappointed with this store. Always an excuse to get your paint ready. Not enough employees trained to make the samples. Rude and disrespectful. They need adults working here not children that dont know what they are doing. Wish I call speak with the CEO Heidi Petz to help this store get better. They sure need a training on customer service. My project is behind over 3 weeks due to not enough employees trained to help the main guy. Making a decision on paint is not easy but if you paint wont be ready same day as it tells you when you call in than stop advertising that information. Go to a different store don't go here you will be waiting forever. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

        Horrible service from the front counter associate was able to find what I was looking for myself while he went to the back to watch his phone.

        2 paints, 2 different sheen, and they flip flop what sheen on what paint, because the project had already been started and they only for touch ups. It fooked my job completely up. Up date--the guy in charge completely made good on the paint. Stand up people.
