Wow wow wow. The level of care Dr Richter provides his patients is above and beyond! My 16 year old tore her acl and meniscus and had to have surgery as the pandemic hit. As a parent this was very scary. Dr Richter is an amazing surgeon and allowed her to go back to her sport much faster and stronger than expected. We saw him through covid and could not be happier with the outcome and care she received. I would highly recommend Dr Richter to anyone who has an athletic kid who has knee problems, he is amazing!!! Even her coach is amazed at how well she has done post surgery. We are lucky to have such a skilled Dr. in Albuquerque. Thank you!

Blown acl and ripped up meniscus. Performed hamstring graft. I was walking in 3 months. Very busy man though I'm amazed he performed the amount of accuracy and attention he does with his schedule.

He didn't seem to care about the amount of pain I was. His comment was this isn't life or death make a life style change then we will talk.

My father in law was in a motorcycle accident and taken by ambulance to UNMH. After not knowing much information about his condition Dr. Richter explained the extent of his injuries, what needed to be done, and the prognosis for my father in law's recovery. Dr. Richter was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and in most important in this stressful situation, caring. My families concerns were eased and we knew my father in law was in good care. He is recovering well and thankful for Dr. Richter's care.
