Take 5 Oil Change

The guys at Take 5 are awesome! They took care of my oil change and went above and beyond to check and make sure that all of my fluids were topped off and tires had the right amount of air in them.

Hi, i am reaching out to speak with regional manager regarding an issue with my cars hood. I stopped at Take 5, 5400 Menaul Blvd NE at 11:34am 6/30/23, for an oil change service. During the beginning of service, the technicians SHAWNDEAN, CHRIS, ALAN, and JONATHAN all were having a hard time opening the hood on my car. My car is a 2018 Chevy Cruze, and i have never had issue opening the hood myself. After a few hard pulls they managed to open the hood but damaged the corner of the hood, there was a loud bang noise. Hood makes a loud bang noise every time you open it and alignment is off. I have reached out to Allen (manager), and was told damage was not done at the time and date as they have reviewed cameras. If techs dont know how to open hood properly then ask for my help, as it could have saved me from buying a new hood. Thanks,

What a nice group over there. Super friendly, informative, and quick! Thankful to stay in the car and they do full top off on fluids in between oil changes at any location. Yay!
