Life changing for us and our son. I regret this post has taken me so long to write. My son is 23 years old - I took him to Kid Power at age 5 for their Getting it Write program. He was struggling with any interest in writing, reading, puzzles, etc. He also had zero interest in athletics - couldn't throw a ball, run bases, etc. As part of the reading program we had an OT evaluation and discovered, in layman's terms, he was using his eyes too much to balance. A year of OT sessions and balance work changed things completely for him. Today he is college athlete playing football and was Metro & District champ for shot-put. This would not have happened without Erin and the great folks at Kid Power! Highly recommended!

The therapists collaborate on sensory integration in speech, occupational and physical therapies. The summer programs are great. Auditory therapy was also helpful. Lastly, the information sessions while on the waitlist helped us work with our child at home until therapists had an opening. That was awesome.

Intelligent, productive, and remarkable is the only way to address the process deivered by therapists and staff at this organization. Truly progressive and worth looking into.
