I have been taking Therapeutic Yoga from Anne for several years. Initially for balance and ease of movement. I have that now. I also have found a greater sense of mind/body connection, focus and tools to achieve peace in trying situations. Anne has taught me so much in her gentle well-informed way. I look forward to each class. She also has helped me with physical issues in private cranial sessions. She is gift in my life.

I have been seeing Anne for years for both yoga and Craniosacral therapy. An avid hiker, I initially saw Anne because my knees and hips were making it uncomfortable, sometimes painful, to do long hikes. I rarely experience even discomfort in my knees and hips these days, but I've also learned how to release areas of holding in my body that go way beyond improving physical health alone. She is highly skilled, intuitive and a wonderful healer and person.

I have confidently recommended Anne and her work to quite a few others, with equally good results. Anne is curious and has explored many avenues of inquiry over the years. I have had the pleasure of having craniosacral therapy with Anne for many years now. She has an enormous amount of experience and skills to address all kinds of physical and emotionally connected challenges and is truly a gifted therapist. Anne is able to tap into mind-body issues that I hadnt even made the connection to before. I highly recommend her skilled and empathetic techniques!
