        Very very bad experience it's been over 3 months since I did my taxes and I have gotten NOTHING every time I call them they hang up the phone, every time I show up to talk to the personally they are closed and they just won't give me an answer on why I haven't gotten my money, after they took my money they stopped answering, very UNPROFESSIONAL

        Terrible service very unprofessional!! We are still waiting for the refund for 20018 and 2021, the last c sent it to the Latino center on April 15, 2021, but they say they never received anything!! Very arrogant people
