I get a basic pedicure every other month and it is awesome. It doesnt matter which one of the staff members does it, they are all very good.

So,the girl who did my nails showed up maybe 10 minutes late and was deeply annoyed. My appointment started very early/I booked online, and the store wasn't open when I arrived. I didn't mind and could wait, whatever, but before I gave up I made sure to call the front desk and let them know, hey, I've been here for a long time waiting .She saw me walk to the door and my car, and didn't say a word to me. When I came in ,she gave me like 15 colors to choose from, kept sighing and muttering stuff under her breath and seemed SO mad. I even apologized if me being there so early was a problem, I'm still figuring out places here, this was online and I got absolutely nothing in a response lol .Eventually other staff and customers came in and it was a night and day vibe. They were able to choose their nail polish from the wall, no one was rolling their eyes or clicking their tongue ECT. She did totally fix whatever damage was going on with nails, which I'm super grateful for. I'll be coming back, but I'll make sure its a little later in the day, and not with a girl who resents me for showing up, when she shows up 10 minutes late.
