Closing from start to finish in less than 6 weeks DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON!
Thank you Aaron for being so wonderful and gracious to us during the entire process!
Aaron and the Guild team were very helpful and patient through all the questions, concerns and everything in between they took it all in stride and gave a very thorough and professional, yet personal experience. I had several questions every other day and Aaron was extremely helpful making sure that I understood what was going on at every step and letting me know what my next steps would be. The website and online step by step process was amazing from status of loan to e signatures. This made the process quick and smooth! The communication was key in getting our loan approved and closed in a very short period of time.
Aaron and his team made it flawless and easy from start to finish in our home purchase, very pleased and satisfied with all the hard work.
We are now ready to enjoy our new home and also sell our home of 22 years and we will continue to use and refer all mortgage needs to Aaron!
