They provide an invaluable service to making home ownership attainable for as many people as possible. I'm a loan officer of over 20+ years and this is one of the best first time homebuyer programs I have ever used. They create programs that help so many people close the gap of down payment and closing costs. I highly recommend this program to first time homebuyers and folks who have purchased before and may not have the funds readily available. Way to go MFA!!!
