I cannot recommend Marcos enough. He helped us purchase our first home, and he made the process as easy and as stress-free as possible. He is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions we had about the buying process. He was very accommodating with our hectic schedules and was even willing to FaceTime us a for a home tour when we were unable to go in person. He brought up excellent points to consider, both pros and cons, for each house we toured. We will definitely use him again in the future!

Marcos was ALWAYS available for home tours and ensured the house was cleaned and ready for showing. His responsiveness was incredible! If he didnt pick up, he always called back no longer than 15 minutes later. Seriously, I was selling a house long-distance, so it wasnt a straightforward deal. He walked me through each step, addressed any concerns, and researched what needed to be done to make sure progress was being made. I sold the house at the expected price.

Marcos was so accommodating regarding scheduling viewings and making himself available being that I was coming in from out of town. He went above and beyond to help me find the exact home I wanted. Marcos was better then I could have ever imagined. He isnt the kind of guy to push you into a house that isnt right for you. He was patient with me and willing to travel a bit to show me different areas. He always made himself available to me no matter the day or times. I would recommend him to anyone! He really knows how to get the job done!
