        How in the hell do you have the audacity to ask your customers to tip you at a SELF SERVE frozen yogurt shop. How about pay your damn employees more (Edit after getting response from owner) No I will not tip somebody for standing there and entering a number on a computer screen. It doesn't add anything service wise even if they are friendly. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES MORE OR DON'T ASK ME TO TIP

        It's 10:00 on Saturday and our group was just asked to leave because the cashier said they're closed even though we had all just purchased 8 frozen yogurts. The window says open to 11 on Friday and Saturday and it was raining outside. It was pretty rude. We did the escape room next door beforehand and noticed the 20% off coupon and went to have dessert. Limited selection of flavors and rude customer service. We regret leaving tips when we got shooed out as soon as we purchased.

        They never have anything .. vanilla is always out and or runny .. today went and wanted the chocolate hard shell and they were out ..girls had an attitude, didnt want to fill anything up . They dont ever carry regular vanilla . If I could I would give it no stars ..first time I understand, 2nd I understand but after the 3 and 4th time I had to write a review.

      Thank you for the review. Tips are just another way for my employees to enhance their customer service skills. They are entirely optional. If you find them friendly, consider rewarding them. There are many things they do to make your experience more enjoyable, allowing you to create special moments with your cups.

      Thank you for the feedback, Gabriella. I apologize for the bad experience. I'll take the blame for that because I haven't been able to update the hours for the window. We actually closed at 10, but nevertheless, the team members need to be more attentive, and I will talk to them about it. Again, I apologize and appreciate your business and feedback.
