        I had put off getting help in the past. I wasnt sure if counseling/therapy was right for me, but it has been one of the best decisions I have made thus far. Vanessa Rodriguez is a great listener, very understanding, relate-able, practice exercises and recommended tools relevant to my situation. I highly recommend her and counseling for anyone struggling through lifes difficult stages and situations.
