Heather Drager was my PCP. Due to insurance changes I needed to find a new doctor unfortunately. She helped me so much. I was struggling with my weight. We came up with a plan that still included a healthy diet and excercise. She listened to me and helped me find solutions to my health problems. Because of her I was able to lose 50lbs! The staff here was also amazing front desk and medical assistants. I miss my Doctor and wish she took my new insurance. I would highly recommend her and the staff.

The administrative staff at Elemental Health And Wellness is incompetent and rude. They have a peculiar sense of entitlement, acting as if patients work for them. Two weeks ago, I asked for Laureli Scribner's signature on a form. I asked to email it, the clerk told me that was impossible. I live a hundred miles away, am very sick. When pressed, the clerk finally told me to have the form faxed. I did. I called a few days later, was told it had arrived, but that Laureli is busy, it might take a week. When I followed up a week later, I was told they never received the form. I was given an email address to send it. I did. A while later, I received a call from a clerk. Laureli wouldn't fill out the form unless I completed my part first. I found a hard copy, filled it out, emailed it. But, now, Laurel refuses to complete the form unless I have an appointment with her first. It's a utility form, to certify that I am sick. Laureli filled it out last year, she simply has to identify the longstanding illness she's treating. Utilities going off, PTSD rampant, and my health care provider couldn't care less.

I previously had Heather Drager as my primary care physician when she was at another office. The staff wasnt to friendly so it wasn't the best experience. I now see her here at Elemental and I love how friendly the employees are. They show that they actually enjoy their job and like helping people. I highly recommend this office. You wont regret it.
