******************************************************************RESPONSE FROM "OWNER" : I'm sorry to hear this. Our clinic must follow policies which was done by our NP. If there is anything that we can help you with please feel free to contact out office. 1) NOTE that the response noted that even with information below, you stated that your NP followed your policies. This response is defensive and does not acknowledge nor show any documentation showing if our interpretation is in error. Which I would gladly accept. An example below is provided for you to investigate to better serve your patients. hopefully prompting a review. The response disregards this completely and offers no information other than "We followed procedures". If you would provide a contact other than "our office" I would be glad to sit down and discuss the issues. DO NOT GO HERE! Nurse Practitioner would NOT help with an anomaly that showed up in urine test. Their response was to immediately cease any further help. Stating the patient agreement. HOWEVER, the agreement states that if an issue is observed that the patient will be put on a closely monitored program with the intent to build trust with the Dr/Patient. THIS WAS REFUSED! They didnt even follow THEIR OWN PROCEDURES! Furthermore the NP scolded us and said "Ive spent too much time with you already" After communicating my frustration and mentioning I suffer from the aftereffects of a Traumatic Brain Injury. She responded with "I know people with brain injuries and they dont act like YOU!" In addition, She said my pleading and frustration was "abhorent" behavior. NP should be reviewed and retrained.

When my primary gave me my referral to New Mexico Center for pain and wellness I was quite surprised that I got a call from Abigail scheduling so quickly. she scheduled me for an appointment, so my first appointment was with Dr. Andrea she listen to what I had to say, and looked at my medical records and started helping me with my pain management. A few appointments later I had to have a video appointment and it was with Dr. Barazo, I was quite shocked with our appointment. He was rude extremely judge mental, and he also forgot to take care of my pain medication. This was during the Christmas holidays so I couldnt get a hold of anyone in the office to get my medications taken care of, so after the holidays, I called the office and spoke to Abigail and she told me I apologize. Please let me get in touch with my office manager, Chrystina well that office handled it and I mean handled it . Chrystina called me apologized for the rudeness of that human being and that the patient always comes first. then also told me that she had a new doctor for me to see and his name is Dr. Mark Grossetete. so I went into my appointment with this new doctor the nurse taking care of my vitals and asking if I was OK and anything to be concerned about did she needs to let the doctor know , she is quite caring and understanding and listens to me that something that is very stellar about her and I wish I knew her name at the next appointment. Ill make sure, I have it wont forget,,,,,,,anyway when he Dr Grossetete walked into the room, you could just feel a very caring , astute And extremely nonjudgmental feeling about him. He listen to my issues and is fixing my issues actually better than any other physician ever. I talk to him about some other things that I felt that needed to be addressed and he brought in a wonderful therapist. Via video ,Dr Christy Crews is amazing I didnt realize that I needed and wanted to put a mental therapist in my life and I am so grateful that New Mexico pain and wellness center is taking care of all my needs. Yeah I had a bump in the road with Dr. BARAZO but again that was all handled immediately.

Dr. Grossete is absolutely amazing. He has the best bedside manner I've seen. He really takes his time with my mom. And it's super appreciated. Always has a smile to give and enjoys my mom's humor. He's extremely knowledgeable and knows what he's doing. Front desk people are always a pleasure. Still fairly new operation, but definitely not new to the practice.

Dr. Mark Grossetete was very helpful for me. He listened carefully to my back pain and mobility issues and provided me with some much needed relief. Thank you Dr. Grossetete!
