Oak Street Health Fourth Street Primary Care Clinic

I was surprised a new patient session was meant to be 20 minutes. On the other hand Dr. Cardon and our matching backgrounds is excellent. I've tried to get a Q test for awhile. I am on slim medicaid so concerned about copays. Do you know about Ulta labs ? They may save me money. They use Quest. Overall very pleased to have a Dr who gets genetics.

All the staff were very nice. It was a great experience. The driver that transported me to their facility was very pleasant as well.

The appropriate time was taken to be thorough at my annual checkup. It was more than the typical 15 minutes from previous primary care providers. Pleasant environment that makes me feel like everyone cares about patient services!

From the front office to physician, everyone was wonderful , the facility is in excellent condition and the people working there are Beautiful people, I will strongly recommend this Facility and the very Kind and Concerned Dr to everyone that are looking for a primary physician and a very good Clinic

Yes I would tell people I know that it is a very good place. The staff is friendly they ask questions check everything they listen to me they go over my complete chart they ask how I'm doing emotionally and if I would like to talk to someone about what I'm going through to me they care I personally will not see another medical care facility I started with Dr Longley in Santa fe liked the way he treated me and the care I got. and the staff at Oak st. Health that I have talked too or cared me have all treated me very well I would not think of going anywhere else for my medical care. I thank Oak st. Health very much I leave there knowing my medical needs were addressed thank you again
