Dr. Beckenbaugh explained his plan for treatment of my arthritic pains. My doctor wanted me to have cortisone shots. Dr Beckenbaugh refused to give me the cortisone shots and did not explain why. He gave me several printouts which were not particularly designed for my situation. I explained to him that I would not have surgery under any circumstances, yet when I looked at one of the printouts he indicated surgery as the ultimate plan in treatment. I do not feel that the doctor listened to what I had to say. It's frustrating when a doctor simply presents what he intends, without taking into account the patient's feelings.

Great doctors but no one answers the phones. Expect a 7-10 minute wait on hold.

Cancels appointments without patient permission. You’ll receive an email that says a change has been made to your profile. When you log in it will tell you they have cancelled your appointment with no explanation, and no reason. I had ACL surgery and need my follow up appointments. When you call to reschedule the appointment they cancelled, you will have to reschedule for further out because the doctor is always fully booked. This is not the first time this has happened to me with this office and is completely ridiculous. You should NOT cancel patient appointments for any reason without speaking to the patient.

Dr. Bartley has an excellent reputation and is obviously brilliant. He is also very kind and personable. When researching Doctors for ACL and Mensicus repair I saw three other Doctors and a PA. Bartley impressed me and as I called the hospital and Davita every person I spoke to praised him. He was thorough, nice and a good Dr. It’s a comfort to have my ACL and Meniscus repair behind me and I am so grateful for his competence and a pain free procedure from start to finish. That I was pain free for 48 hours is a big deal and I am grateful.
