I am so grateful to Well Life ABQ. I wasted my time with regular insurance, and never received the care I needed with them, but now my only provider will be Well Life ABQ and their professional, judgement-free providers whose real interest IS my well-being! By far the best Primary Care Provider in the State. I absolutely recommend Well Life ABQ to anyone who needs immediate, personalized, real care.

Paid for their monthly membership for almost a year and received nothing but some lavender pills for my anxiety and zofran because that was all they could do when I had flu symptoms. The covid test they performed left me in so much pain I had to see an ENT who confirmed the swab was done incorrectly and caused injury. Repeatedly asked for a referral to an endocrinologist to monitor my thyroid issues and never received it- instead was just told my levels were fine. Was scheduled to get blood work done and was called the day before and told they could no longer do it but if I still wanted it I could go somewhere else. And the cherry on top- doubled over in pain from an infection and told I could not be seen or even prescribed anything in the meantime because Id taken otc meds for pain. This might be an ideal set up for those who want trendy weightloss/energy injections or who never get sick, but if you are looking for somewhere to provide actual medical care this is not the place. Run far far away. These people do not care about their patients, they just want money. The negligence is astounding.

I appreciated the accommodations made to allow my small group to come in for IV nutrition prior to our upcoming trip. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional.

Some time back I researched the benefits of seeing a Direct Primary Care provider instead of using the traditional primary care. Not only am I saving a surprising amount of money, but I am receiving the type of care that one can only dream about in the U.S. through traditional health care channels. For an extremely low monthly payment, I receive services like annual wellness exams, same day or next day sick visits, nutritional supplement advice, discounted bloodwork labs and in-house prescriptions, and discounted hormone replacement therapy! I am so happy with Well Life ABQ and recommend them to everyone!
