Do not use this company. Horrible experience. They send out people that are not professional (little to no experience) and then if you keep having issues, they send out a professional. Guy came out begging of July stated he fixed the problem with A/C. Then end of July A/C broke down again. They sent out a professional and now we need a whole new unit. Later they did not even call me to let me know that they shut down due to being behind. Now I have to wait another month from a different company to come out. WASTE OF TIME! They could not give us a courtesy due to a mistake their tech did. Do not use this company.

Some quick background to our situation was we had an issue with stoppage somewhere from our washer/kitchen that ultimately caused enough pressure to burst our elbow under the sink and flood part of our kitchen. We had one company assigned to us that suggested entire new plumbing and barely did anything but hand snaked a small part of it...they still gladly took our service fee and ghosted us. However, our insurance company assigned us Fix Right and it was such an incredible experience. We had Jorge, who first off, is hands down the coolest person I have ever met. His experience, demeanor, and just overall personality was so awesome. He took the time to walk me and my fiancée through the potential issues and always had a good attitude about everything. He snaked our main outlets and inlets while also assuring us through the problem areas while adding a brand new fixture to our sink. For the first time EVER, we were able to drain a large load of water from the laundry and he gave us great tips/maintenance. This company is awesome and please give my man a raise because you will always be our first choice in New Mexico now. Thanks again and you'll be sure to have our recommendations
