        Lady with no name tag told me they can't cash "pre-signed" checks. Kept insisting she couldn't cash it rather than trying to work with me, then rudely asked where I tried to cash it. Wells Fargo is closed, and they accept pre-signed checks so I figured it wouldn't be a problem. The manager is conveniently unavailable when my husband calls to speak to one, but she tells me she would have to talk to her manager about a pre-signed check. So is the manager available or not?
