Too all that have bad experiences with this company I want to say that I'm sorry to hear that. My experience with them was great. I delt with a woman named Felicia Edmond and she was the best. As long as I did ALL THAT she requested in a timely manner then everything else was on her. My money was released immediately as I got approved and I have been off to the races every since. I want to thank her again and encourage anyone who is dealing with this company to request her. Anyone else I can't say will give you the same treatment.

I paid off a 30k loan EARLY and always stayed in great communication with them. I applied for another loan and it took about a month before even getting communication from someone. I was told that I needed a co-signer credit wise. I got a co-signer and was pre approved. Well another week goes by and he tells me that due to the same credit that he approved me for 100k for is not good enough. He said they could only do $5k due to the credit. He then says that the income from tax returns from 2022 were low and also played a part. The income is over $100k more than what he was stating! He didnt even include the business income. He then proceeded to hang up in my face while I was asking questions. Ikechi Ucazu is beyond disrespectful. How could you hang up in the face of a loyal client? ****Update*** First off, Toni reached out to me to help rectify the situation! She apologized for what happened with Ikechi and then put me in contact with Felicia! Felicia has been NOTHING BUT WONDERFUL to me!!!!!! The way she broke everything down and explained every step was beyond AMAZING! She really showed how much she wanted to help! She was also very patient with my questions and concerns! Felicia, you are a complete blessing and an amazing person! I wish nothing but greatness for you!! Also, Toni kept calling to check in on how everything was going! Toni, thank you again! You ladies did an amazing job!

I had one loan with this company and paid all off.... They are not honest and not at the least trueful... Their communication is the worst I've ever seen. They're false in house... I will never seek out a business loan with this company... Even with a perfect score... They spell your name wrong on your account and after many attempts to ask them to fix it or update your paid in full status... They don't fix it. I had to go through the credit bureau to dispute balance long after it being paid in full..... Worse company ever
