I Southwestern Minerals. I had a black coral bracelet that was to big for my wrist, it kept falling off they sized it beautifully. Thank you Let me just say I took my autistic grandkid & 3 other small grandkids there, needed some stuff for class. They were touch everything, the mom who sadly passed she was ever so kind. Let them look at stones let them play with her dog. That family business is awesome & so are the owners.

Lied about every question which I asked and also lied about the materials which I showed them. I showed raw platinum palladium and diamonds in rough and said that they were just ordernary rocks found outside. Absolutely horrible

If I could rate more than 5 stars I would!!! I came in with a bag of vintage cloisonn beads that I wanted to make into some necklaces but didn't know where to start since I am a novice at jewelry making. Melisa showed me all the supplies I would need AND gave me a jewelry making lesson for an hour! Unbelievably amazing customer service. Thank you!
