Kay is integrity personified. She takes the time to listen to your ideas. Shes always concerned to give you the BEST value for your money. I asked her about sizing down an engagement ring and she said she didnt like to take gold away and suggested a ring tightener. She designed a pendant to match a pair of earrings I bought in a museum in Chicago. I LOVE the set!

We only gave Kay 5 stars because Google would not let us give her 12. She is a gifted jewler and designer. We no longer live in New Mexico and Kay is still our go to jewler. Kay has done many repairs and has designed several pieces for us. She is an exceedingly talented artist.

We went to Romero Jewelers for a unique engagement ring and wedding band. Kay worked with me to design my engagement ring, providing advice, guidance and artistic samples in wax. Kay was so accommodating when I thought the ring we had selected was too large that she made an identical smaller one.  The original sized ring was perfect and we decided to have her design my wedding band. The band enhances the lines of the engagement ring which, in turn, compliments the band.The price of the rings was determined by the cost of gold and the size of the stones. Kay's pricing was consistent.We thoroughly enjoyed the process of working with Kay and are thrilled with our beautiful rings.

The owner quotes one price over the phone, then raises it multiple times after the fact if you aren't paying attention. Deposits aren't refunded, even if you are assured otherwise by the owner. She will just take your money and then disappear.
