Barnett Aldon Ironworks

We asked Barnett Aldon Ironworks to create a storm door that mirrored the pattern of wood moldings on our entry door. They did an outstanding job, we love the door. Don Best was meticulous in his measurements and the design matches perfectly. Installation was great, Jason made every effort to fit the door and then returned to fine tune the installation so that the door fit our threshold exactly. This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with.

Great local business. Great products. Great group that works here. These custom built doors are top of the line at a reasonable price. Couldn't be happier. Will use them when I install a driveway gate.

I'm probably the only person with a complaint. Don came to my home and measured my gate I planned on purchasing. After I received my drawn proof, I had questions. Liz would not allow me to speak with Don again. After I chose which door I wanted, it was not what I expected, as I had questions with the selections. Even after the gate was installed, I wasn't able to speak with Don. I will not be using this company again.

We chose this company to design and install iron gates at our new home. They were prompt to send out a salesperson for a consultation. Our salesperson Kyle, was creative artistic and made himself available for any questions along the way. They have many designs and colors to choose from. We chose a custom design depicting our favorite mountain range at the bottom. Installation went smoothly and any concerns afterward were addressed right away. Every single employee we have dealt with has been friendly and knowledgeable. Edited to add: Two years post installation they returned to add a barrier on the bottom of the gates to keep out the rabbits. They fit perfectly and did not charge us. This company is fabulous!

I have to say, I rarely get to comment on a company's customer service. However, not only to I want to say that I love the hand rails that Barnett Aldon manufactured for my house, when I brought a photo of a finish defect on the handrails, the immediate response was, "Let's see when we can pick them up for refinishing." I've used other iron works in the past and tried to get 6 different bids before contracting these rails with Barnett Aldon, but only two people even came out to bid the job and I didn't even hear from the other 4. Barnett Aldon had the better price by far and clearly stood behind their quality. I won't be reaching out to anyone else in the future.
