        Since I upgraded my service with Lobo Internet working from home has been GREAT!

        Invoicing and billing are an absolute mess. The payments we make to Lobo monthly either dont show up on their end, are refunded the next daywhich they claim to know nothing about, or dont post the month that theyre paid. And their customer service is completely indignant about these discrepancies.
