Opened new account but they mixed information with my old account requiring me to call in to customer service. They also signed me up for a phone plan (landline?) without telling me. I left the store with a modem but zero documentation on what my bill, plan, or even internet speed was. They tried to show me what my bill should be by doing math on a calculator on their personal cell phone. Very nice folks that seem to act like they know what they're doing and are either incredibly inept or cleverly scheming. Not great either way. Do not recommend. Internet works great so far after talking to customer service though and I was able to get setup same day, which was, in the end, all I wanted.

I clearly asked them to transfer the services to my new address, but instead they just cancelled the services. They are the worst!!!!

Please do not ever consider doing business with Xfinity, in any capacity. Xfinity in general is top-tier with Nestle Foods as one of the worst corporations on the planet. Their associates are either deceitful or straight up manipulative and are not qualified to do even the most basic job of answering questions that are honest. The internet service I was provided was horribly inconsistent and the process of trying to get a representative to service it was an absolute nightmareI wasted so much time that eventually I had to cancel my service because my internet connectivity issues were never resolved and they still had the gall to charge me an early termination fee for service that was impeccably inadequate. So if you dont want to waste your time trying to connect with service techs dont want to waste your money on TERRIBLE internet dont want to get frustrated by their TERRIBLE automated systems dont want to have representatives misrepresenting your options for home internet (and the costs associated with it) Then dont choose XFinity. Dont choose it for any business you do. Terrible company, terrible ethics. I hate Xfinity with every fiber of my soul. I wish I could give them a 0/5.
