Hello Dawn, thanks for taking the time to provide a review. We take all reviews very serious but also want all customers to have a clear idea of the agents roll and rates. Agents don't set rate and nobody is trying to rip you off, sorry you feel that way but it's not how it works. You had very low deductibles on your policy and that is a good thing when rates are low but higher deductibles can save money over time as rates go up with inflation. At the agency level we review all renewals and make suggestion on new discounts or better deductible options, we emailed you about a higher deductible option so help save money at renewal, we were just trying to see if we could help with your renewal increase. Every insurance carrier in the nation has been raising rates, they all do this different ways at different times. I can't predict the future but also have been doing insurance for over 17 years and know that State Farm will also raise your rate over time, no insurance carriers can keep the same rates for years and stay profitable in an inflated economy. We appreciate your business over the years and hope you can keep the lower rate for as long as possible. Thanks
