Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

Not this branch in particular but progressive added me to my fathers policy without letting me know and his policy went up $200! Even though I already have my own insurance. Its been such a hassle to not only remove me but to cancel his policy. Never again will we ever use progressive. Everyone beware and always check your policy to make sure no one has been added without your consent!

I feel progressive insurance is one of the worst insurance companies ever they try to find ways not to pay you for claims, they find a way to give you less for your clam if they do have to pay you they write you a very low estimate and if the person fixing says the insurance estimate was low and say there was more damage and let the insurance company know progressive tries to deny it or they take their time paying it. you may save money monthly sometimes but honestly if you're in an accident you end up paying more

They stated that my vehicle was a lower package than it actually was during a hit and run claim payout. Update: They said it was a Standard Package, but it was actually an LE. I checked with my advisor and checked the repair estimate they sent me and they did say it was an LE. So, I got the actual value of the vehicle.
