If I could provide negative stars I would. Stay away from this agent and farmers. I have had farmers for 13 years with no complaints and then I add a vehicle, promised rates and then I receive my bill and its $100 more. Told when my agent finally emails back (will never call back or answer the phone) says it's just for this month because of the fees to add. I pay, next month same issue. Called Farmers daily...sometimes multiple times per day for 31 days just to get no answer or call back. Was told over 100 times this will be corrected but then never was and no one called. Called Farmers today to cancel they tried to get me to pay the bill when I started to explain I would not I was cut off and the agent at the corporate office said fine whatever and presumed to be extremely rude....glad to be out of a toxic relationship with farmers....beware!
