My mom was trying to get services based on her case from Alison, I honestly think she takes on more clients than she can help. I felt horrible for my mom, she would never contact her to let her know if there were updates. One day my mom had an appointment with her, my mom took the day off from work, which she ended up canceling on her last minute. My mom doesnt get PTO so she lost a day of work.
