The TruFlo Air maintenance rep arrive on time to trouble shoot our Daikin Heat Pump unit that was installed by another company in 2018. We purchased the house 1 year ago and found the heat pump unit never put our warn air. Rather it put our air cooler than the ambient air in our home that we wanted to heat. The TruAir maintenance rep inspected the system and found the original installers made an electrical error in wiring the heat pump when it was installed which resulted in the heat pump coils not being turn on when the thermostat triggered the unit for heat. Therefore fan would blow cold air through the dicts that was cooler that the air temperature in the house. Now we get heated air. . I am surprised the the previous owners of our home, who purchased the heat pump system never addressed this problem. Thank you, TruFlo Air. Services: Repair heating system, Heating maintenance

I was referred to this company by a family member. They were incredibly prompt!! I called at 1:45pm, they told me a tech would be to my house at 2:45pm. Within 5 minutes I received a message that the tech was on his way to my house, he actually beat me there. (I was picking my son up from school) Moe wore shoe covers inside the house.
